# ApplyKoala > ApplyKoala is a free job application tracker that your AI can work in. You save jobs, research companies and track applications yourself in the browser, or connect Claude Code, Codex, Claude or ChatGPT to its MCP server and let the AI do it. A free Chrome extension fills job application forms from your own details. Key facts: - Free: unlimited jobs and applications, no account needed. Data stays in your own browser. - Sync between devices (also needed for the MCP server): US$3.99 a month or US$29 a year. - MCP server: https://applykoala.com/mcp (remote, HTTP). Claude Code: `claude mcp add --scope user --transport http applykoala https://applykoala.com/mcp` - What the AI can do over MCP: search and save job postings word for word, research a company with sources (ratings, visa sponsorship, funding, news), judge fit by quoting your own resume, keep interview stories, record each application and its follow-ups. - ApplyKoala never submits an application by itself. The Chrome extension fills empty fields only; you press Submit. - No kanban board: jobs and applications are sortable, filterable lists, with a dashboard of how your applications are going. - Made by Xiang (Arnold) Shang, a software engineer who built it for a personal job search. ## Product - [Home](https://applykoala.com/): what ApplyKoala does, in one page - [MCP server](https://applykoala.com/mcp): connect Claude Code, Codex, Claude or ChatGPT - [Chrome extension](https://applykoala.com/extension): autofill job application forms - [How it works](https://applykoala.com/how-it-works): save a job, track an application, back up your data - [Pricing](https://applykoala.com/pricing): free, and what sync costs - [About](https://applykoala.com/about): who makes it and why ## Guides - [How to run your job search with Claude Code or Codex](https://applykoala.com/guides/job-search-with-claude-code): Connect Claude Code or Codex to a job tracker over MCP, then let it find postings, research companies and draft answers while you decide and press Submit. - [Using AI to apply for jobs: what happened when I let it send 100 applications in a day](https://applykoala.com/guides/using-ai-to-apply-for-jobs): I let AI apply to almost 100 jobs in one day.
