Forms with several steps
On forms that run over several pages, after you press Fill once it fills each new step as you reach it — or asks first, if you prefer.
Chrome extension
Every application asks for the same things: your name, email, phone, LinkedIn, whether you can work in the country. The ApplyKoala extension types them in for you from the details you keep in ApplyKoala. You check the form and press Submit yourself.
Free, for Chrome on a computer.
Press Fill this page. This runs the extension's own form-filling code on a made-up application, with a made-up person. Nothing is sent.

If you saved the job in ApplyKoala, the extension recognises the page and picks the resume you chose for that application.
On Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, Workday, JobStreet, MyCareersFuture, Wellfound, Indeed and a few others, it tells you when you open a job you have not saved. One click keeps it. You can turn this off.
Write the letter with the AI you already use: ApplyKoala copies a prompt with the posting and your resume. Paste the letter back, and the extension puts it in the form.
The extension has no account of its own and sends nothing to us — no analytics either. Your details come from ApplyKoala in the same browser and stay there. It reads a page only on the job sites it supports, or when you click it. More in our privacy policy.
Works with forms in English. Older or unusual forms may need more of your typing — the extension tells you which fields.
