Sync

Questions
When am I charged? When you subscribe, and then every month or every year until you cancel. Before each renewal you get a reminder email, so it is never a surprise.
How do I cancel? From your account page, choose “Manage or cancel your plan”. You keep sync until the end of the period you paid for.
What happens to my data when sync ends? Everything stays in your browser, as it does on the free plan. The copy on our servers is kept for 90 days: start sync again within that time and everything is still there. After that it is deleted.
Who handles the payment? Waffo, our reseller and merchant of record. They take the payment, send the receipt, and handle sales tax and VAT for your country. Prices are in US dollars; your bank may convert them.
Refunds? If sync is not for you, write to us within 7 days of your first payment and we refund it in full. After that, payments are not refunded, including renewals. If you were charged by mistake (for example, twice), we refund that too, and any refund rights your local law gives you still apply.
