How it works
Three things, 18 seconds each Save the jobs you want, keep track of what you sent, and keep a copy of it all. Each how-to has the steps written underneath, so you can read instead of watch.
Save a job 18 seconds, no sound Copy the job posting from the page you found it on. In ApplyKoala, press Add job and paste it. Check what we found and tick what is right, then save. It is kept in the company's folder, ready when you are. Track an application 18 seconds, no sound Open a job you saved and press Track an application. When you have sent it, press Mark as applied. Update it as things happen: interview, offer, or not this time. ApplyKoala cannot see what the company received. It is your own record. Keep a backup 18 seconds, no sound In Settings, press Export a backup. A file is saved on this computer. Keep it somewhere safe. On another computer, open Settings, press Import a backup and choose the file. Prefer it automatic? Sync (paid) keeps every device up to date.
